How the pipeline works
- Daily automated ingest of SEC Form 4 filings and Senate periodic transaction reports.
- A cleaning layer most feeds skip: deduplication, amendment resolution, impossible-value quarantine, placement-pattern exclusion.
- Price-sanity checks against market close; nothing is removed silently — every filter decision is logged.
- Scoring surfaces real clusters and serial buyers; a human reads the output before anything is published.
